STORE policy

• NO Strollers are permitted.

• NO beverages besides water is allowed in the salon.

• NO Food is allowed in the salon.

payment policy

We require a 75% deposit at the time of purchase for wedding gowns. Other stores require payment in full, so we ask for full cooperation as we understand planning a wedding isn’t cheap! All Sales are FINAL. No refunds.

Any other purchase is paid in full. All Sales are FINAL. No refunds.

The balance is due when the dress comes in. The balance must be pad within 14 days or the card on file is charged.

If appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours, we have right to charge you our $50 cancellation fee. This also applies to no show appointments.
